What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a mobile app that helps diabetics adjust their insulin doses between doctor visits. The app connects patients with doctors instantly without the need for an appointment, offering real-time help when issues arise. Patients can also invite their own doctors to join the platform.

We live in Menlo Park, CA, and the company would be based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being in Menlo Park keeps us close to the healthcare tech ecosystem and gives us access to resources and potential partners that are critical for a healthcare startup.
