It suggests new articles, updates existing ones, detects duplicates, and merges them. Our product helps support teams keep their documentation current without manual effort.
We live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The company is currently based here and will remain remote after YC as well.
We picked Vancouver because both Sophie and Ali are here, and the team is remote, which suits us well. Staying remote after YC lets us work closely with customers and candidates worldwide without relocating.
