The site is free to use and aims to remove friction from the traditional commercial real estate search process.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and it will remain our base after YC.

San Francisco is where the team lives and where the majority of the commercial real estate activity we're targeting happens. Staying local helps us build direct relationships with landlords and brokers.
