Alex Maher and Alex Grant met working on PwC’s big data analytics platform, scaling it from 0 to 20k users globally. Brady and Nick met while studying CS at a top 5 public university, but still insist they were self-taught. They were, by far, the top developers on Alex Maher’s team before starting UpLink. Together they ran Dycom's field systems segment, supporting 15k users.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a tool that helps auditors, accountants, and lawyers collect thousands of documents from clients efficiently. It simplifies and organizes the entire document collection process, cutting down the back-and-forth that makes audits and legal reviews slow and painful.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Washington, DC; and remotely around the US. After YC, we would stay distributed but primarily operate from these locations.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We formed the company where the founders live and have roots. We value being close to clients in DC and access to tech talent in Florida and remote.
