We're building an AI-powered banking platform tailored specifically for real estate owners. Our product manages rent flows, optimizes idle reserves and security deposits, and cuts unnecessary property expenses. It helps owners increase their income and manage property finances in one place, anticipating a wave of mortgage maturities in 2027/28.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are remote currently, with no fixed office after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Real estate is a national market and our small founding team works remotely. After YC, we'll stay flexible to attract talent and move where it makes the most sense for customers and fundraising.
