We built Wedge, an operating system that deploys, governs, and scales AI agents inside healthcare organizations. Our platform connects to hospital data systems, manages compliance, and monitors AI workflows so healthcare providers can safely use AI at scale.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We both live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where most healthcare AI innovation happens and where we have access to clients and talent. Staying local keeps us close to market feedback and partners.
