What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built software that analyzes large volumes of customer feedback and extracts trustworthy, traceable insights for enterprise customer experience teams. It helps them understand patterns in NPS and qualitative data so they can improve decisions and drive revenue.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live mainly in Auckland, New Zealand, with a distributed team. After YC, we'll be based wherever it makes sense to grow, likely maintaining remote work but expanding in the US.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We started in Auckland because that's where we are. Remote work lets us access customers and talent globally. We want flexibility in location to build a global SaaS business.
