What Sonarly does

We want software to improve itself. Sonarly connects to your monitoring stack - tools like Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana - and triages every alert to remove noise and duplicates. It then investigates logs, traces, metrics, and code to build a living map of your production system and find root cause. The result is either a ready-to-merge fix PR or a recommendation to update your alerting rules so the noise never comes back.

We built Sonarly to connect with monitoring tools like Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana. It triages alerts to cut noise and duplicates, investigates logs, traces, metrics, and code to build a live map of the production system, and then it either creates a fix PR or suggests changes to alert rules to prevent noisy alerts. It's focused on making software systems heal themselves without manual firefighting.

We both live in San Francisco, and the company will continue to be based here after YC.

San Francisco is where the ecosystem for enterprise software and engineering-heavy companies thrives. Being here keeps us close to users and partners building similar monitoring and dev tools.
