What Solidroad does

Solidroad builds AI agents for CX teams, starting with training and QA. Solidroad agents train human reps in a simulated environment, and evaluate their performance in live customer channels. By starting with training and QA, our agents learn how humans learn, and their performance can be compared directly with human reps. This enables us to prove the value of the rest of the agents on our roadmap. Since launching last summer, we’ve reduced onboarding times by 50% at several of the world’s largest outsourced contact centres/BPOs like PartnerHero and Tech Mahindra, and improved go-live CSAT at Crypto.com by 3% (now above 90% CSAT).

We build AI agents that help customer experience (CX) teams train new reps and conduct quality assurance. Our agents simulate customer interactions to train agents in a controlled environment and monitor live conversations to evaluate rep performance. Starting with training and QA lets us show clear value by reducing onboarding time and improving customer satisfaction before expanding to other CX tasks.

We live and are based in San Francisco, CA, USA, and plan to keep the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where our team lives and where most customer contact centers and BPOs we work with are reachable. Being here keeps us close to customers and talent.
