We are building open-source robots that can handle unsafe, repetitive, or boring tasks. Our robots are designed to be general purpose so businesses can deploy them where manual work is risky or tedious. The goal is to reduce human exposure to dangerous environments and automate dull jobs that don't justify custom automation.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Palo Alto, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose Palo Alto because it has the technical talent, investor ecosystem, and robotics community we need. Being here lets us test and iterate quickly with local partners and tap into the AI and hardware expertise available.
