What Parametric does
Parametric builds autonomous physical businesses. We're starting with a laundromat, designed from the ground up for autonomy. Dirty laundry in, folded clean laundry out. Rather than retrofit human workflows with robots, we redesign processes with robots as first class citizens.

We build autonomous physical businesses, starting with a laundromat designed from the ground up for autonomy. The laundromat takes in dirty laundry and outputs folded clean laundry without human intervention. Instead of adding robots to existing human workflows, we redesign the entire process with robots as key operators, making physical service businesses run themselves.
We live in San Francisco, CA and will be based here after YC as well.
San Francisco is where we've built our initial prototypes and hired our small team. Its industrial and tech ecosystem lets us integrate robotics and hardware work closely with software, plus it's where our early customers are.
