The 401(k) that helps you grow

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a 401(k) platform designed specifically for startups and growing companies to attract and retain talent. Our product offers employees access to better retirement plans tailored to their needs, solving the problem of outdated, generic 401(k)s that don't engage or benefit workers well. It's operated by Quillu Inc, an SEC registered Investment Advisor, so we control both the technology and investment side.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is home to our team and gives us direct access to our early customers - startups and HR teams finding better ways to offer 401(k)s. Being here keeps us grounded in our market and user base.
