We're building Mesh, a performance management platform designed to help employees, especially on remote teams, track goals and give timely feedback. Instead of boring HR forms, it looks like Facebook where people like and comment on each other's progress, making performance management feel more natural and integrated into daily work.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Jose, CA and the company is based here with a fully remote team.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being in San Jose keeps us close to talent and investors in the Bay Area, but we embrace remote work since our product is built precisely for distributed teams.
