What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform for companies in Latam to manage employee goals, performance evaluations, and online training courses in one place. It helps HR teams develop their workforce, especially remote teams, without juggling multiple tools.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico with a mix of local and remote team members. After YC, we'd remain primarily in Monterrey and continue remote work.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Monterrey is a growing tech hub in Mexico, and being local helps us understand Latam HR needs better. Remote work lets us tap talent beyond the city.
