What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a replacement valve for veins designed to treat chronic leg wounds that don't heal due to faulty venous valves. Our device restores proper blood flow to enable healing where current treatments fail.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Carlos, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Carlos is where our team is based and where we have access to medical device resources and clinicians nearby. Staying here lets us iterate quickly and maintain close collaboration.
