We built Amber, an AI bot that helps HR and IT teams engage employees through conversation, predict who might leave the company, and automate answers to common questions. It listens to employees anonymously via chat and surfaces real-time insights to managers about their teams' wellbeing and culture gaps. We focus on helping large companies make their employees feel heard and valued.

We live in New York, NY and plan to base the company there after YC as well.
