We're building Lightdash, an open-source business intelligence tool that works on top of dbt to centralize all the team's business logic in one place. It lets analytics teams create dashboards and visualizations directly from their dbt models, removing duplication and misalignment between analysts and data consumers.
We live in London, England, and the company is remote-first but based out of London.
Both founders are based in London and the data/analytics community we target is global but has a strong presence in London. We operate remote to attract talent but rely on London as our home base for networking and hiring.
