Customer communication for iOS and Android developers

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built live chat, helpdesk, feedback, and customer engagement tools that integrate directly inside mobile and tablet apps. Our product lets developers see real-time contextual info like device, OS, app version, and location, so they can respond smarter and faster to their customers. It's built specifically for mobile-native businesses or any company with a growing mobile user base.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

Olufemi is based in Boston, Gaurav in Palo Alto. Post-YC we plan to base the company in the Bay Area to be close to developers and investors.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose Boston and Palo Alto since that's where we live. After YC, being in Palo Alto puts us closer to the heart of mobile development and the YC network.
