What DataShare does

DataShare is a data-as-a-service platform that lets you embed charts, dashboards and exports directly into your product. For example, if you run an accounting startup, DataShare would enable you to embed a full profit and loss dashboard, with downloadable statements. DataShare is backed by an enterprise-grade data warehouse, and can be implemented in fewer than 20 lines of code.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built DataShare to let startups and engineering teams embed charts, dashboards, and data exports natively inside their products. Instead of building complex data UIs from scratch or integrating heavy BI tools, they deploy our platform with fewer than 20 lines of code. It connects to your warehouse and delivers data views customers actually use, like profit and loss dashboards for accounting apps, directly inside your app interface.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

I live in Austin, TX, and the company is currently remote-first but based here. After YC, we plan to maintain remote operations with Austin as a home base.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Austin combines a strong tech community with lower costs than traditional hubs. Being remote-first allows us to reach talent and customers anywhere while staying connected to a growing startup scene locally.
