What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a project management platform that replaces legacy tools like Procore and Fieldwire. Our product helps mid-size general contractors handle everything from bidding to closeout in one system. It organizes RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, punch lists, and change orders, and uses AI-powered search to let teams find answers instantly on their projects.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Santa Barbara, CA, and after YC the company will remain based there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Santa Barbara is where we live and have built our initial team. Since our industry is specialized and distributed across the U.S. and Canada, we don't depend on a Silicon Valley location. We want to stay where we have roots and local resources.
