Resume Builder turns a raw CV into a branded, client-ready document in seconds. Client Portal replaces email threads with a white-labeled space where hiring managers review, shortlist, and respond. Talent Marketplace puts a searchable candidate directory on agency websites so clients come to you. Agencies have spent years building candidate databases worth millions. We built an AI workspace that sits on top of Bullhorn and other ATS platforms used by recruitment agencies. Our tools make agencies' existing candidate databases usable and profitable again.
We're distributed, with team members in New York City and remote locations. After YC we plan to base the company primarily in New York.
New York is where most of our team lives and where our recruiting customers are. We want to stay close to the agencies using our platform and remain remote-friendly for flexibility.
