What Candidately does
Candidately is the AI workspace for recruitment agencies. We sit on top of Bullhorn and other major ATS platforms and give every recruiter on the team the speed and reach of the best biller in the building. One platform, five products. Rediscovery uses semantic search to find candidates the ATS already has but Boolean search can't surface. Sourcing reaches 250+ million web profiles when the database falls short. Resume Builder turns a raw CV into a branded, client-ready document in seconds. Client Portal replaces email threads with a white-labeled space where hiring managers review, shortlist, and respond. Talent Marketplace puts a searchable candidate directory on agency websites so clients come to you. Agencies have spent years building candidate databases worth millions. Candidately makes that investment actually pay off, from first search to final placement.

Company
Candidately
The digital storefront for staffing and recruiting teams.
We built an AI workspace that sits on top of Bullhorn and other ATS platforms used by recruitment agencies. Our platform includes five products: Rediscovery finds candidates buried in the ATS through semantic search; Sourcing pulls from over 250 million web profiles; Resume Builder creates branded client-ready CVs instantly; Client Portal replaces email threads with a branded space for hiring managers to review and shortlist; Talent Marketplace puts candidate directories on agency websites so clients come to the recruiters. Our tools make agencies' existing candidate databases usable and profitable again.
We're distributed, with team members in New York City and remote locations. After YC we plan to base the company primarily in New York.
New York is where most of our team lives and where our recruiting customers are. We want to stay close to the agencies using our platform and remain remote-friendly for flexibility.
