What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a marketplace that pools candidates from multiple recruitment agencies and uses AI to instantly match qualified candidates with companies hiring. Our product reduces the long delays and inefficiencies recruiters face when working independently.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in San Francisco, CA, with some remote team members. We will continue to operate from San Francisco after YC.

San Francisco is where we started and where most of our team lives. It's also central to many recruiting agencies and tech companies we work with.
