What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We connect Latin American companies with online education programs for their blue-collar workers. Our platform makes it easy for companies to pay for courses like high school, college, and language learning. This reduces employee turnover by at least 2x, saving companies time and money on rehiring.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and are based in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are rooted in Monterrey because it's our home and where we understand the market best. Latin America's large blue-collar workforce is local to us, so building here gives us direct access to clients, employees, and education providers.
