Beyond just receiving mail, Stable guides users through switching their business address compliantly with the IRS, states, banks, and payroll providers. Users can open, view, forward, or shred their mail securely online, all without physically going to a mailroom. We also integrate with tools like Slack and Dropbox, and provide encrypted storage and OCR to modernize mail management for remote teams.
We live and work in New York City, and Stable will continue to be based here after YC.
New York City is where our team and early customers are located. It's a hub for startups and remote-first companies that need our product. We want to stay close to our users and the business ecosystems that rely on stable, compliant virtual addresses.
