Our platform supports users struggling with tobacco, alcohol, and opioid use by delivering personalized education, tools, and treatment in one accessible app, integrated into health plans and wellness platforms.

We all live in New York City, and Pelago is based here. After YC, the company will remain in New York.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is home to our team and main user base. The region's healthcare networks and employers provide critical partnerships for our substance use management products, so we want to stay close to those relationships while scaling.
