At AuroraQ, we are building the world’s first truly practical quantum computing system. We are building the world's first practical quantum computer that integrates different quantum components specialized in processing, communication, and memory. Unlike others focusing on single subsystems, we combine these parts into a working whole to perform reliable quantum computations. Our product is designed for researchers and manufacturers needing functional quantum hardware beyond prototypes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Waterloo, ON, Canada. After YC, the company would likely remain based in Waterloo, where our team and technical resources are concentrated.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Waterloo is a global hub for quantum research and hardware development, giving us direct access to partners, talent, and specialized facilities we need. Relocation wouldn't improve our ability to build our system at this stage.
