We built Eugris, a medical device platform that measures bacterial oxygen consumption to give physicians antibiotic susceptibility results within an hour, helping guide treatment for sepsis patients faster than current methods.
We live and work in Baltimore, MD, and plan to keep the company based here after YC to stay close to local hospitals and research institutions.
Baltimore has a strong medical research community and hospital network, which is critical for us to run early clinical tests and iterate quickly on Eugris.
